Qualifications

• Associate’s degree completed (or completing May 2026).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or provide CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, etc.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50-mile radius only.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Lean Continuous Flow assembly lines to reduce cycle time.
• Lead and support Kaizen and Rapid Improvement Events.
• Conduct GEMBA walks, plant audits, and Tier Meeting participation.
• Apply Eaton Lean System tools for cost reduction and continuous improvement.
• Perform Lean analyses including time studies, setup reduction, and 5S audits.
• Support ECIS processes including standard work and operator training.
• Execute hands-on improvements like layout changes and CAD interpretation.
