The role supports manufacturing engineers, drives continuous improvement, maintains standard work, and leads Kaizen events to push lean initiatives. The shift runs 2:30 pm–10:30 pm with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and $2.50/hr shift premium for off shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing engineers and drive lean initiatives.
• Maintain standard work documentation and process records.
• Lead Kaizen and Rapid Improvement Events.
• Develop and update standard tool lists and process docs.
• Provide input for tooling improvements and safety actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional interface to meet plant goals.
