Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician for 1st shift in Wisconsin. You will assist manufacturing engineers in deploying continuous improvement and lean initiatives, maintain standard work documentation, and lead Kaizen events.

The role also supports DeepHow, tooling changes, and project actions to drive process excellence. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years manufacturing experience, and proficiency with MS Office; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing engineers and lean initiatives.
• Maintain standard work documentation and process docs.
• Lead or participate in Kaizen and rapid improvement events.
