Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical field; Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
• 2–5 years progressive/technical experience.
• May be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (US Citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Develops and improves manufacturing processes for maximum throughput.
• Collaborates with IPT and Program managers to ensure schedule and contract integrity.
• Implements producibility concepts and DfX.
• Maintains ergonomic workstation layouts and visual aids.
• Reviews engineering design changes and coordinates tool maintenance.
