Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical field (Manufacturing Engineering preferred).
• 2-5 years of progressive/technical experience.
• Must be eligible for U.S. citizenship and security clearance.
• Experience with lean manufacturing methods.
• Experience with composite manufacturing or CATIA v5 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and improves manufacturing processes for maximum throughput and efficiency.
• Coordinate engineering changes and new product introductions.
• Define and implement work standards, flows, and resource requirements.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing across the manufacturing cycle.
