Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3-5+ years of Industrial Engineering in manufacturing.
• Automotive manufacturing or Tier 1 supplier experience preferred.
• Experience supporting production launches and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Analyze labor utilization, equipment performance, workflow, and facility layouts.
• Conduct time studies, line balancing, labor planning, and capacity analysis.
• Develop and maintain standard work instructions and manufacturing best practices.
• Identify automation opportunities and innovative process improvements.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects across the facility.
• Partner with Production, Materials, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Program Management for launches.
• Build business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support capital investments.
