Dover Food Retail is seeking a Quality/CI focused technician to support continuous improvement initiatives on the manufacturing floor. You will help execute Kaizen events, maintain 5S standards, and support waste reduction projects across departments.

Responsibilities include data gathering, shadowing operators, and coaching teams on standardized work. The role requires hands-on problem solving and basic MS Office skills in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2+ years in related work.
• Experience with lean tools and continuous improvement methods preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and use basic tools such as a ruler or tape measure.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in Kaizen events and 5S workplace organization.
• Collaborate on root-cause analysis with CI/Opex engineers.
• Perform regular audits and standardized work checks to sustain improvements.
• Collect floor-level data and prepare visual aids for deployment.
• Shadow and coach operators on new standardized work instructions.
