Job summary

Eaton Corporation's Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions division seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean transformation at the Reno, NV facility. This role focuses on optimizing material flow, eliminating waste, and building a robust CI culture across manufacturing and distribution functions.

You will coach teams on Lean principles, drive Kaizen events, implement 5S and Value Stream Mapping, and advance the Eaton Operational Excellence programs to improve safety, quality, delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years applying Lean tools in manufacturing.
• Experience leading and organizing Kaizen events (TPS).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operational Excellence strategy and roadmaps for the Reno facility.
• Facilitate Lean tool adoption, training, and problem solving.
• Drive 5S, standard work, and value stream mapping to reduce waste.
• Lead Kaizen events and develop CI capability across teams.
• Support safety, quality, and on-time delivery improvements.
• Collaborate with site leadership to drive KPI milestones.
