Job summary

Eaton’s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) division seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager for the Reno, NV facility. You will drive Lean initiatives, lead Kaizen events, and mentor staff in problem-solving using 5S, VSM, and ADKAR change methods.

You will build a culture of continuous improvement, align with EBS/OpA tools, and manage CI frameworks to improve safety, quality, and delivery while coaching plant leaders in rigorous Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Lean principles and continuous improvement mindset required.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and applying Lean tools.
• Strong problem solving using standard work, VSM, 5S and TPM.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean manufacturing journey to drive transformational change.
• Develop process-improvement solutions to optimize material flow and reduce waste.
