The role oversees OPEX strategy, EBS tool deployment, KPI tracking, and CI reviews to ensure progress toward operational goals, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum five years in operations or continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operational Excellence (OPEX) strategic vision and roadmaps for the Highland, IL facility.
• Provide expertise for Eaton Business System (EBS) tools and training including EBS Pull, OpA, EBS Assessment.
• Lead and facilitate BOS meetings to drive continuous improvement and daily accountability.
• Drive Cost-Out accountability for the site aligned with annual Profit Plan objectives.
• Lead CIF deployment including visual controls, leader standard work, and Gemba walks.
