Responsibilities

• Lead lean transformation and operational excellence initiatives at Highland, IL.
• Drive value stream mapping, future-state design, and KPI tracking.
• Facilitate Kaizens, 5S, and continuous improvement programs.
• Coach leadership and teams on problem solving and EBS adoption.
• Coordinate with maintenance and EHS to sustain safe, productive operations.
