Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to lead lean deployments at the West Warwick plant. You will establish and train teams, implement waste-reducing processes, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across value streams.

You will lead Kaizen events, develop CI tools and training materials, mentor staff, and monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE) while developing and auditing standard work across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CI or Lean deployments in manufacturing.
• Ability to train and develop CI tools and training materials.
• Strong collaboration across all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of Kaizen event leadership and follow-up actions.
• Familiarity with KPI tracking and standard work development.

Responsibilities

• Establish, train, and implement lean processes to remove waste.
• Share and standardize best practices across the operation.
• Identify barriers to CI implementation and remove them.
• Lead and mentor Kaizen activities and close follow-up actions.
• Develop CI tools, training materials, and programs.
• Communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
• Develop and audit standard work and job instructions.
• Monitor performance KPIs such as OEE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
