Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Analyst to drive the VOS cultural transformation and lean process improvements at our plant in Ohio. You will execute CI projects, analyze data, prepare reports, and sustain Vertiv’s VOS methodologies under the direction of the site Manager and VOS leader.

You will partner with the local VOS manager to deploy strategy, identify improvement opportunities, support audits, and help cascade targets to processes and operator KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma initiatives in manufacturing or operations.
• Demonstrated facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving capability.
• Proven track record of operational execution.
• Experience leading diverse teams toward a common goal.
• Proficiency using word processing, spreadsheet, statistical analysis, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the local VOS manager to develop and deploy VOS strategy.
• Assess data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with process leaders to ensure teams have the right data, tools, and clarification of problems statements.
• Support VOS audits (Tier 1 to Tet 4), 5S+, etc.
• Monitor and report overall progress to the VOS Manager.
• Facilitate VOS activities assigned for plant improvements.
• Assist with cascading targets to the process and aligning operator-level KPIs.
