Vertiv in Delaware, Ohio seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead lean programs, deploy VOS, and standardize manufacturing processes across plant and functions. You will partner with the Plant Manager to plan and execute performance-improvement initiatives and drive daily problem solving.
You'll develop Lean capabilities, coach leaders, and lead the VOS steering committee, focusing on reducing lead times, improving customer service, and lowering costs while increasing cash flow.
Vertiv is hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager in Delaware, Ohio. In partnership with the Plant Manager, responsible for the successful planning, development, and execution of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs for Vertiv operations in the plant, including the deployment of the Vertiv Operating System (VOS). Provide oversight on all continuous improvement projects and the standardization of manufacturing processes within the plant and functional departments.
Play an active role within plants and internalizing the best practices in the region.
