Vertiv Group Corporation seeks a VOS Manager to drive the Vertiv Operating System at the Corry, PA site, translating global standards into daily operational excellence. You will govern deployment, lead KPI implementation, and build capability with structured training and coaching.

This role requires Lean/Six Sigma experience, RCA expertise, and strong cross-functional leadership to sustain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across safety, quality, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience deploying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of the Vertiv Operating System (VOS) across site functions.
• Design and sustain Tier accountability structures with aligned KPIs.
• Own site KPI frameworks and data integrity for performance reviews.
• Embed RCA, 5 Whys and escalation into daily operations.
• Coach leaders on VOS principles and standard work.
