Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for its Delaware, Ohio plant. You will partner with the Plant Manager to plan, develop, and execute lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs, deploying the Vertiv Operating System (VOS) across operations.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, coach leaders in problem solving, measure progress, and drive cost reductions while improving service levels and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma methods in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching leaders and driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Consults and guide VOS coordinators and staff.
• Ensure alignment to VOS specs and framework.
• Lead the VOS steering committee.
• Drive administration and execution of policies and procedures.
• Influence plant operations and customers.
• Lead site analysis including baseline operations and financial metrics.
