Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a VOS Manager to lead the Vertiv Operating System deployment at the manufacturing site. You will drive governance, training, and continuous improvement across functions, aligning with strategy, accountability, and OTF processes.

You will partner with site leadership to embed disciplined execution, build capability through coaching, and ensure compliance with global standards while delivering measurable performance improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, operations, or related field.
• 5–7 years manufacturing/CI/operational excellence experience.
• Hands-on Lean/Six Sigma deployment.
• Black Belt / Lean Master certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MES and performance dashboards.
• Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end VOS deployment across site functions with adherence to global standards.
• Design and sustain Tier 1–Tier 3 accountability structures and daily management systems.
• Embed RCA, 5 Whys, and 8D problem solving into daily operations.
• Develop structured VOS capability building through training and coaching.
• Prepare site for VOS Capability Assessments and audits.
• Drive data integrity and KPI governance across the site.
