Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and work effectively across teams.
• Experience using customer perspective to guide decisions and actions.
• Leadership or team involvement in internships, projects, or student organizations showing teamwork and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop broad supply chain expertise through structured training and mentorship.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of customers and help solve real supply chain challenges.
• Own shipment execution end to end, from planning through delivery, using AI-enabled insights to inform decisions.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends and turn insights into improvements in service and cost.
• Collaborate with sales, pricing, operations and capacity teams across functions.
