Job summary

Brodie Rec League is seeking a League Manager to run a location end to end—staff on game nights, ensure on-brand execution, and complete post-game reporting. You’ll manage payroll, scheduling, league health, captain communications, and outreach to keep the gym full, reporting to a District Manager and partnering with a City Launcher in new markets.

This full-time role rewards proven team leadership, a passion for basketball and community, with independence on non-game days.

• 3+ years leading people.
• Proven ownership of something recurring.

Responsibilities

• Lead your floor crew by briefing and guiding 10–15 staff on game nights.
• Run game night to the Brodie Standard with on-time, on-brand execution.
• Own the athlete experience through captain communication and rapid responses.
• Hit retention and growth targets by outreach and referrals.
• Build and run the season, manage leagues, divisions, jerseys and bookings.
• Oversee payroll, timesheets, and reporting; keep systems up to date.
• Run your week with independence and regular check-ins with the District Manager.
• Partner with the City Launcher to grow the league in new markets.
