Compass International Holdings is seeking a Program Coordinator, Leads to act as the operational backbone for the CIH Inventory & Leads Program. You will own intake, resolution, and continuous improvement of field-facing inquiries, collaborating with Corporate Strategy and field partners to resolve issues quickly and derive actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and able to bring order to complex processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong pattern recognition and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable managing high-volume workflows without compromising quality.
• Experience in real estate, marketplace operations, or support functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake and resolution of field-facing inquiries for the CIH Inventory & Leads Program.
• Triage, prioritize, and resolve issues with urgency and sound judgment.
• Maintain and enforce response SLAs (same-day where possible).
• Create structure in a fragmented inbound environment and standardize responses.
