Compass is seeking a Program Coordinator, Leads to act as the operational backbone of the CIH Inventory & Leads Program, owning intake, resolution, and continuous improvement of field inquiries. You will collaborate with Corporate Strategy and cross-functional partners to resolve issues, identify root causes, and strengthen systems that support execution.

This full-time role focuses on operations, support, process improvement, and field experience, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience in operations roles that bring order to complex systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving and pattern recognition skills.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Queue Ownership across inboxes Slack channels and escalations.
• Triage, prioritize, and resolve issues with urgency and sound judgment.
• Maintain and enforce response SLAs and provide clear responses to agents and field leaders.
• Standardize response frameworks to reduce variability and confusion.
• Partner with Field Enablement to reduce inbound questions and improve self-service.
