The CIH Inventory & Leads Program delivers a diversified lead pipeline through Redfin.com and Rocket Mortgage partnerships, driving high-intent inquiries into real transactions.

As a Program Coordinator, Leads, you will own intake, resolution, and continuous improvement of field inquiries, partnering with Corporate Strategy to resolve issues

Qualifications

Highly structured operator who thrives in ambiguity.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Strong pattern recognition and problem-solving.
Experience with high-volume workflows.
Experience in real estate, marketplace operations, or support functions preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the centralized intake of all agent inquiries across channels.
Provide clear, actionable responses and maintain SLA deadlines.
Identify recurring issues and translate field pain into product insights.
Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base and escalation playbooks.
Coordinate daily with Field, Product, PMO, and Marketplace teams.
