Compass Integrated Services is seeking an action-oriented Program Manager to act as the operational engine for the Integrated Services leadership team. You will own the implementation of the team’s business integration plan, drive execution, and ensure accountability across title, escrow, mortgage, and emerging verticals.

You will design and scale processes, standardize frameworks, and lead change management to ensure high adoption and clear ROI.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, corporate strategy, or a similar high-velocity executive-interfacing role.
• Execution-focused with ability to propose solutions, gain buy-in, implement and track next steps.
• Operational rigor with cadence, priorities, and accountability without direct authority.
• Autonomous, proactive self-starter who owns end-to-end deliverables.
• Customer-obsessed with real estate professionals, employees, and consumers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interfacing with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the Business Cadence: create and manage agendas and weekly leadership syncs.
• Drive accountability: track next steps, initiatives, and deliverables with clear communication.
• Process optimization: standardize processes and tools to speed solutions and reduce drag.
• End-to-End Project Execution: scope, launch, and manage strategic initiatives across title, escrow, mortgage, and new verticals.
• Cross-Vertical Integration: drive initiatives that remove silos and improve handoffs.
• Establish OKRs and KPIs; report progress and ROI to executives.
• Design change management strategies for new processes and tools.
• Identify risks and blockers; propose pragmatic mitigation.
• Prepare strategic narratives for leadership forums and internal comms.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Communications to align messaging.
