Responsibilities

• Inbound queue ownership and centralized intake across inboxes and channels.
• Triaging, prioritizing, and resolving issues with SLA adherence.
• Delivering clear responses to agents and field leaders; escalation when needed.
• Building knowledge bases, templates, and escalation playbooks.
• Cross-functional coordination with Product, PMO, and marketplace teams.
• Identifying root causes and translating field pain into product insights.
