Job summary

Reece USA is seeking ambitious recent graduates for a Sales & Management Trainee Program designed to launch careers in branch management, outside sales, or operations. Over 18 months, trainees gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear path to leadership.

You’ll rotate through customer focus, sales, and operations, building relationships and launching your career from day one. You will develop leadership skills, learn systems and processes that center the customer, and position yourself

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed by program start date.
• Willingness to relocate upon completion of the program.
• Preference for degrees in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Distribution, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all areas of the business to gain a 360° view of how we serve customers and grow branches.
• Support customers with quotes, orders, and technical questions while building long-term relationships.
• Process orders, quotes, and returns with accuracy and efficiency.
• Learn warehouse and showroom operations, including inventory management and purchasing.
• Train on equipment such as forklifts and order pickers and follow safety protocols.
