Responsibilities

• Rotate through all areas of our business to gain a 360° view of how we serve customers and grow branches.
• Support customers with quotes, orders, and technical questions while building long-term relationships.
• Process orders, quotes, and returns with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist warehouse and showroom operations, including inventory management and purchasing.
• Support the branch manager in daily operations and contribute to a safe, productive work environment.
• Receive mentorship and participate in ongoing professional training with milestones and feedback.
