Job summary

Reece USA is seeking a Plumbing Branch Associate to gain hands-on experience across all branch operations, including learning ERP systems, inventory management, and service standards. Through mentorship and rotational responsibilities, you will develop foundational skills to become a future branch leader.

You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, support sales and operational excellence, and contribute to a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service, warehouse operations, retail, or construction trades; plumbing or building supply experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; education in business/construction/logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn branch operations through a structured training path, including order entry, inventory control, and customer service.
• Support stock management, deliveries, and warehouse organization to ensure product availability.
• Build relationships with customers and assist with counter sales and product selection.
• Shadow managers and participate in leadership workshops to develop future branch leadership.
