Job summary

Reece USA offers a Sales & Management Trainee Program designed to launch recent graduates into leadership roles across branches, outside sales, or operations. Over 18 months, you will rotate through customer focus, sales, and operations, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

You will develop skills in quotes, orders, vendor coordination, and proactive customer support, with a clear path to management opportunities and nationwide growth. Relocation may be required upon completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed by program start date.
• Willingness to relocate upon completion of the program.
• Preferred: Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Distribution, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all areas of the business to gain a 360° view of how we serve customers and grow branches.
• Support customers with quotes, orders, and technical questions while building long-term relationships.
• Process orders, quotes, and returns with accuracy and efficiency.
• Learn warehouse and showroom operations including inventory management and purchasing.
• Train on safety protocols and operate equipment as needed.
• Partner with a mentor and participate in ongoing training and job shadowing.
