Job summary

Reece USA is seeking a Trainee to train for Inside Sales or Estimator roles over 12 months, with exposure to warehouse operations, product delivery, and customer service. The program includes cross-training across branch functions and potential advancement to Branch Manager, Outside Sales, or Corporate roles.

As a Trainee, you will learn order processing, inventory, and data entry in Mincron, while supporting customer relationships and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Mincron and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephone system.
• Assist customers.
• Pull orders with 100% accuracy and package safely to load on trucks.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and yard.
• Schedule UPS Shipments.
• Make customer deliveries (non-CDL) as needed.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information to customers.
