Reece USA is launching a Sales & Management Trainee Program designed to develop recent graduates into branch leadership roles in sales, operations, or management. Over 18 months, you’ll rotate through all areas of the business, work with customers on quotes and orders, and gain hands-on leadership experience with mentorship and structured development.

• Support the branch manager in daily operations and contribute to a safe, productive work environment.
• Receive mentorship and participate in ongoing professional training with milestones and feedback.

Over the course of 18 months, you’ll gain hands-on experience, receive one-on-one mentorship, and develop the skills needed to run a branch and lead a team. This isn’t a 'sit and watch' program—you’ll roll up your sleeves, build relationships with customers, and learn every aspect of how our business operates. What You'll Do:

• You’ll rotate through all areas of our business, giving you a 360° view of how we serve customers and grow our branches.
• Customer Focus: Learn the systems and processes that keep our customers at the center of everything we do. Support customers with quotes, orders, and technical questions while building strong, long-term relationships. Ensure customer satisfaction after the sale by resolving issues and providing proactive support.
• Sales: Gain confidence in the sales process—from generating new business to supporting existing accounts. Work with vendors to ensure timely product delivery and communicate updates to customers. Process orders, quotes, and returns with accuracy and efficiency.
• Operations: Learn warehouse and showroom operations, including inventory management and purchasing. Support the branch manager in daily operations. Contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Safety: Train on equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe workplace for employees and customers.
• Training & Development: Partner with a mentor and receive ongoing professional training. Attend seminars, business meetings, and job shadowing opportunities. Progress through the program with clear milestones and feedback.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree (any field, completed by the program start date).
• Willingness to relocate upon completion of the program.
• Preferred: Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Distribution, or related field.
