CVS Health's Store Manager In Training (SMIT) is a development-focused program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role through 16 weeks of self-paced and hands-on training, guided by leaders and a dedicated support team.

The program blends virtual and on-site learning; you will build leadership skills in customer care, merchandising, and inventory management while aligning with CVS values and policies. Anticipated 40-hour work weeks with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; a four-year degree is preferred or relevant experience may be considered.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience is valued.
• Willingness to relocate to other CVS stores within the designated market and to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in line with CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles with the market you work in.
• Promotion to Store Manager is contingent on performance and openings.
• Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores located within the designated market.
• Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
