The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support our mission of delivering the most enjoyable shopping experience.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandise, and store operations while training Teammates and stepping in as Store Manager when needed. This development role combines leadership with hands-on duties across guest service, recruiting and training, visual merchandising, and daily operations,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and train teammates, with strong guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service, helping locate and recommend merchandise.
• Recruit, train and motivate Teammates to meet Buckle standards and sales goals.
• Develop sales goals with Store Manager and lead by example in daily operations.
• Oversee Visual Merchandise, zones, and displays to ensure an engaging shopping environment.
• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team in daily operations and supervision.

Education
