Job summary

Management Resources Group LLC (MRG) in Schertz, TX, seeks a Corporate Trainer to lead training, leadership development, and talent management initiatives across the organization, including Work Excellence and LMS administration.

You will develop and deliver programs, maintain documentation, track metrics, and partner with leaders to close training gaps and drive organizational performance. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/business/OD preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in corporate training, learning and development, or talent management.
• Experience administering an LMS; Paylocity preferred.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, project management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Work Excellence training, leadership development, and talent management initiatives.
• Manage LMS/Paylocity training modules, learning paths, assignments, and completion tracking.
• Develop and deliver leadership development, team member training, and onboarding programs.
• Partner with leaders to identify training gaps and measure effectiveness.
• Build and facilitate organizational talent reviews and succession planning.
• Support performance management processes and workflows with Paylocity.
