Job summary

MG Properties seeks an experienced Director of Training to lead the Training team and shape learning strategies across the organization. You will oversee the Easy LMS, mentor onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and Operations to drive results.

In this role you will develop engaging programs in areas from sales and service to software training and risk management, while managing the training budget and reporting on outcomes. Ability to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Community Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of property management operations, leasing and customer service.
• Experience with Yardi, RealPage and related platforms.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze NOI, occupancy, turnover and other metrics.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and team-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual training strategy with HR and Operations.
• Lead and develop the Training team to meet goals.
• Oversee onboarding for new hires via the mentor program.
• Manage Easy LMS and plan system changes.
• Assess training needs and design programs aligned to business objectives.
• Coordinate training across sales, customer service, software, audits and maintenance areas.
• Deliver in-person, virtual and blended learning experiences.
• Oversee leadership development and external partnerships.
• Create and update training materials and curricula.
• Establish evaluation processes to measure training impact.
