Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, organizational development, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or talent management.
• Experience in leadership training, succession planning, and career development.
• Experience administering an LMS; Paylocity preferred.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, project management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead training, leadership development, and talent management initiatives.
• Oversee Work Excellence training and LMS administration.
• Develop and deliver leadership development, team member training, and onboarding programs.
• Partner with leaders to identify training gaps and measure effectiveness.
• Build and facilitate organizational talent reviews and succession planning.
• Support performance management processes and align scorecards with leaders.
