Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Training to lead our Training team and drive learning and development initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for shaping the company's training strategy, developing engaging and effective learning programs, and ensuring employees have the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to succeed.

The Director of Training will oversee Regional Training Managers, the Leasing Development Trainer, and the Training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in a Community Manager role or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of property management operations and customer service.
• Experience with Yardi, RealPage, and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute MG Properties' annual training strategy in partnership with Training, Human Resources, and Operations.
• Lead, develop, and support the Training team to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Oversee the Certified Training Associate mentor program to provide onboarding for new hires.
• Manage the company's learning management system (Easy LMS) including system changes and training.
• Assess organizational training needs and develop programs that support business objectives.
• Develop and coordinate training across sales, customer service, reputation management, property management software, audits, maintenance, safety and risk, and policies.
