Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Director of Training to lead our Training team and drive learning initiatives across the organization. This role oversees the Training Administrator, Leasing Development Trainer, and Regional Training Managers, partnering with HR, Operations, and Compliance to shape the program landscape.

You will develop engaging, effective curricula for sales, customer service, audits, and software tools, while measuring outcomes and ROI to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Community Manager position.
• Strong knowledge of property management operations and customer service.
• Experience with Yardi, RealPage, Elise AI and related platforms.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual training strategy with HR and Operations.
• Lead the Training team and oversee onboarding programs.
• Manage Easy LMS and coordinate system changes and training.
• Assess training needs and design programs aligned to business goals.
• Oversee training across sales, customer service, property software, safety, and audits.
• Deliver learning experiences (classroom, virtual, on-the-job, workshops).
• Track ROI for training programs and monitor budgets.
• Support acquisitions training and due diligence.
