Job summary

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design, implement, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills and leadership growth.

You will onboard new hires, provide technical instruction, and support ongoing professional development across the organization, partnering with HRBPs and branch teams to align learning with business goals and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Adult Education or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, delivers and evaluates training programs.
• Onboard new employees and support ongoing professional development.
• Collaborates with HR, department managers and trainers to identify learning needs and develop content.
• Creates live sessions, workshops, online courses and microlearning modules.
• Measures program effectiveness and ROI, presents insights to leadership.
• Maintains material accuracy and updates courses regularly.
