Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with C‑suite leaders and boards.
• Leadership coaching and advisory experience.
• Organizational consulting, effectiveness, and design expertise.
• Workshop design and facilitation (in‑person & virtual).
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy or training.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and implement strategic leadership programs at the highest levels.
• Mentor CEOs, C‑Suite, boards, and senior leaders with differentiated margin.
• Build senior‑level networks to create major business opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and their teams to shape culture.
• Deliver high‑quality work aligning with client strategy and value drivers.
• Contextualize leadership insights to business outcomes.
• Coordinate client portfolios and nurture local relationships.
• Pilot new IP within client systems in collaboration with Content Team.
• Grow client accounts through strategic plans and cross‑offering leadership services.
• Be a role model for an inclusive culture.
• Travel up to ~30–35% depending on client needs.
