Responsibilities

• Design and deliver large-scale leadership programs for top executives and boards
• Grow the practice with existing clients and develop new business
• Build a regional senior-level network for opportunities
• Act as confidential advisor to C-suite leaders and their teams
• Translate leadership insights into cultural and commercial impact
• Lead client portfolios and upskill teams; maintain professional relationships
• Pilot IP within client systems and keep best practices up to date
• Travel up to 30–35% depending on client needs
