Job summary

Tokio Marine North America Services seeks a Talent Development Coordinator to support two annual leadership programs and multiple trainings for 50–100 participants across North America. You will handle content, logistics, vendor management, and on-site support to ensure smooth execution.

Working with the SVP of Talent Management, you will coordinate communications, evaluation processes, and partnerships with global HR teams to deliver impactful programs that align with business goals and culture

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in HR, Communications, Training, or Organizational Development.
• Experience with event planning or conference management in corporate, educational or non-profit settings.
• Vendor management experience including cost analysis, contracts and invoicing.
• Strong project management skills to plan, organize, monitor and control projects.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to liaise with senior executives.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and self-manage.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all content for the leadership program, including PPTs, facilitator outlines, participant materials and rosters.
• Provides design and branding support for program materials and supplies.
• Administrates and coordinates a mentorship program for participants.
• Analyzes and manages training evaluation processes and improves instructional materials.
• Manages program logistics: hotel, transport, catering, signage, IT, on-site support.
• Develops participant communications and a dedicated social media site.
• Vendor management: negotiates contracts, manages invoices and communications.
• Coordinates with Tokio Marine Global HR and supports global and regional events.
• Provides organizational development support for communications, engagement, training and culture development.
• Ensures standards and requirements are maintained ongoing.
