Northwest Center seeks an Executive Development Program Coordinator to drive executive-level training experiences supporting Amazon’s top leaders. You will orchestrate high-profile events, coordinate with executive stakeholders, and ensure flawless execution across multiple programs from Nashville.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, manage complexity with calm decisiveness, and deliver excellence at scale.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–5 years of customer service experience with executive level employees.
• 4–5 years of experience in stakeholder management.
• Proven experience coordinating executive-level learning programs and facilitation of high-impact training sessions for senior stakeholders.
• 5+ years in a high-volume customer-facing role.
• Experience with event organization and planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program and Administrative Support: manage classroom resources and branded merchandise, develop standardized processes, communicate with stakeholders, maintain data records, analyze operational data, and manage projects.
• Customer Support: staff registration desk, build partnerships with stakeholders, serve as subject matter expert, send training communications.
• Training Session Support: act as liaison between participants, instructional leaders, and support teams, set up rooms and branding, manage session registrations, travel domestically.
