Job summary

Tokio Marine North America Services is seeking an experienced program coordinator to work with the SVP of Talent Management and Organizational Development. You will execute two annual leadership programs, plan six to eight in-person multi-day events for 50–100 participants, and support 10–15 virtual trainings across North America.

Responsibilities include content supervision, branding, mentorship administration, event logistics, communications, and program evaluation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required, plus experience in HR, communications, training or organizational development.
• Experience with event planning or conference management in corporate, educational or non-profit settings.
• Strong writing, editing and copy-editing skills; ability to liaise with Senior Executives.

Responsibilities

• Supervises content for leadership programs including PPTs, facilitator outlines, participant materials and rosters; drafts, updates and versions materials.
• Designs and brands program materials and supplies; manages mentorship program.
• Coordinates logistics for multi-day events, hotels, transportation, catering, IT needs; on-site support.
