Job summary

Jump Trading Group seeks a Leadership & Professional Development Coordinator to manage onboarding, leadership programs, and technical training coordination across regions. You will leverage the LMS for enrollment, tracking, and reporting, while coordinating global vendors and budgets.

The role supports EMEA remotely and offers growth into LMS ownership and strategy. You’ll partner with HRBPs and external coaches, manage speaker series logistics, and maintain governance documentation on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in program coordination or L&D operations in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with LMS platforms and vendor management desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver onboarding, leadership and professional development programs across regions.
• Manage LMS enrollment, rosters, reporting, and learner experience.
• Lead global vendor management, contracts, invoices, and budgeting.
• Support EMEA program coordination remotely across time zones.
