Job summary

Encore is offering the National College Leadership Program (NCLP) designed to train tomorrow's managers across operations, production, and sales. Trainees rotate through technical, operations and sales tracks, with instructor-led sessions in Chicago and on-site venues nationwide.

The program leads to placement as an Operations Manager or Venue Sales Manager after completion. Salary range shown is for training with potential bonuses; opportunities for advancement exist across Encore's 2,100

Qualifications

• 4-year college graduate with a BA/BS degree required; hospitality, business/management, communications, event management, theater or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of related professional work experience or a combination of employment/internships.
• Strong interest in a management career with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Support operations management or sales rotations during the Training program.
• Guide customers through event experiences and identify solutions to meet goals.
• Assist in managing floor operations to achieve service excellence.
