Job summary

Encore Global's National College Leadership Program (NCLP) offers graduates a path into operations management or sales across our nationwide venues. The program starts in July and includes a 5-month Manager in Training rotation across Technical, Operations and Sales, with hands-on learning in venues alongside our field leaders.

Upon completion, participants are prepared for immediate placement into Operations, Production, or Sales Manager roles at hotels, casinos, and conference center

Qualifications

4-year college graduate required; preferred fields include Hospitality, Business/Management, Communications, Event Management, Theater.
At least 1 year of related work experience; management/operations/hospitality experience is a plus.
Strong interest in a management career with potential for advancement.
Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
Willingness to relocate to major metro markets.

Responsibilities

Assist in rotations across Technical, Operations and Sales.
Participate in hands-on learning in venues with field leaders.
Complete instructor-led training at the corporate office in Chicago, IL.
Move into Operations Manager or Sales Manager roles focusing on service excellence.
