Job summary

Dave & Busters / Main Event is seeking a People Development Partner to design, develop, and facilitate learning, leadership, and professional development programs across the SSC. You collaborate with the Director of Organizational Development and Leadership Development Manager to build development frameworks and succession processes that empower leaders and team members.

The role focuses on talent development, performance resources, and change initiatives, with 3–7 years in L&D/OD or related

Qualifications

Experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, OD, or related fields.
Experience designing and facilitating learning programs, workshops, and initiatives.
Experience leading or supporting leadership development programs.
Experience creating development resources and frameworks.
Experience partnering with leaders to identify development needs.
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Design and facilitate leadership development programs and learning experiences for SSC.
Assess organizational development needs and recommend solutions.
Evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Develop development frameworks, tools, and resources for team growth.
Support talent reviews, succession planning, and career development discussions.
