Job summary

Dave & Buster's Management Corporation, Inc. is seeking an experienced Instructional Design professional to design, develop, and implement blended learning solutions for hospitality and entertainment teams across multiple locations.

You will lead needs analyses, design engaging content with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite, and manage programs from concept through rollout while partnering with field leaders and operations to ensure measurable learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in instructional design, training, learning and development, or training program/project management, preferably in hospitality, retail, restaurant, or customer-service environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or certificate in instructional design, graphic design, education, learning and development, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record of developing blended learning solutions and leading training initiatives from concept through execution.
• Portfolio of instructional design, eLearning, graphic design, and/or video-based learning projects.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

Responsibilities

• Instructional Design & Content Development: conduct needs analyses and translate content into engaging learning experiences.
• Program Management: design, development, execution, and evaluation of training programs.
• Training Facilitation & Implementation: facilitate in-person and virtual training for field leaders and hourly teams.
• Project Management: lead cross-functional training projects with timelines and dashboards.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: gather feedback and monitor learning effectiveness to drive improvements.
