Job Description:The People Development Partner is responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating learning, leadership, and professional development programs at the SSC that strengthen organizational capability and support Team Member growth. Working in partnership with the Director of Organizational Development and the Leadership Development Manager, this role creates development frameworks, performance development tools, and succession planning processes that enable leaders and Team Members to achieve their full potential.The role serves as a supporting partner in learning and development, leadership development, career growth, and talent practices for the SSC.
