Job summary

Dave & Buster's is seeking an Instructional Designer to design and develop blended learning experiences across the organization, including instructor-led training, online modules, and videos. The role leads programs from concept through rollout, coordinating with SMEs and operations to ensure alignment and impact.

You will facilitate in-person and virtual sessions, manage timelines, and measure learning outcomes while leveraging Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite to deliver engaging

Qualifications

• 4+ years of instructional design, training, or related program management experience.
• Experience in blended learning and leading training initiatives from concept to execution.
• Portfolio of instructional design, eLearning, graphic design, and video projects.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/Premiere Pro/After Effects).
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and graphic design basics.
• Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to field locations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop blended learning programs including ILT, online, videos, and facilitator guides.
• Lead program development from concept through rollout and evaluation.
• Coordinate with SMEs, operations, and support teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training for frontline teams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Evaluate learning impact and drive continuous improvement.
